Having been in this industry since 1994, Tim has gained a lot of practical experience in carpet cleaning and related fields such as,

- Upholstery
- Leather Upholstery
- Flood Damage
- Urine detection and decontamination
- Hard floor cleaning.
As a keen student, Tim has undertaken courses from some of the world's leading trainers in IICRC (the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification), from chemists and other well respected leaders in this field. He has also undertaken research in these fields so that he has been equipped to train others both in New Zeland and internationally.

We will ensure our courses will be informative and interesting and give you the hands-on practical experience you need plus a level of confidence that cannot be gained in other courses in New Zealand.
The one day course and the cost will be $525+gst.
THE CARPET COURSE
This course will include
- a manual,
- essential theory needed to produce the best results,
- Carpet Fibres and their properties
- Fibre Identification – The Burn Test
- Carpet Construction
- Soil types
- Dyeing
- chemistry The Science of Carpet Cleaning
- Different cleaning techniques -
- Basic spot and stain removal
- Equipment and its use. We will discuss the best equipment options for your business. Please bear in mind we do not supply equipment but are able to make good recommendations based on our industry experience.
We have taken on board some feedback from our students and we will spend a significant amount of time doing practical work so the course is hands-on and you will get to know and understand the best way to use your skills and equipment.
On completion you will gain a certificate and the confidence, training and reference manual to go into carpet cleaning situations.
Time: 8:30am for a 9am start
