We use the most thorough upholstery and fabric cleaning process to produce the best results possible. Naturally, thoroughness takes more time but the results will speak for themselves.

Pricing structure

STANDARD  - Lounge suites are $80 per seating position which includes one seat and one back cushion. 

Large modular suites - vary in sizing but are generally $90 per seating position where seats are very large.

Counting Seating Positions -  Seating can be hard to determine and cleaning is more about time required to clean the suite than how many bods can sit on it. We try to set a fair rate for every configuration. An example might be a wide two seater is classified as 2.5 seats (based on time required to clean). Minimum charge is $150.

Special needs fabrics - Occasionally we are asked to clean special care fabrics such as silk, Indian cotton, non-colourfast fabrics or sensitive or delicate fabrics.  Because these fabrics need special attention they can only be quoted on site.

Our cleaning process includes: _

1. Identification of the fibre/s and fabric type to know it's cleaning properties and weaknesses to ensure its safety

2. Pre-vacuum to remove excess dry soils which otherwise may be difficult to remove once they are wet.

3. We select the best cleaning solution to suit your fabric and agitate it to loosen up embedded soils

4. We extract the cleaning solution with hot water extraction as complies with cleaning standards and manufacturer's labels. Other processes are available for the few fabrics that don't fit this category.

5. We use a rinsing agent to remove cleaning residues and leave a soft and long-lasting result that is drier.

6. We will groom the fabric if required to set the nap appropriately

7. We will use air mover fans to create a faster drying time and have your suite back in action more quickly.
